The 20 rooms in our hotel in Arêches-Beaufort are ensuite with a shower and toilet. Rooms are sympathetically lit and decorated with different shades of wood and, of course, feature views of the surrounding mountains. Some rooms overlook the Grand Mont ski slopes whilst others overlook the heart of the charming village of Arêches and its old wooden chalets.

Very good value for money in an unspoilt traditional French village.
☺ Hotel: Cleanliness of room, comfortable bed and excellent en-suite shower and very friendly staff. Ski resort: absolutely outstanding skiing conditions and general facilities in the village. But during school hols/half-term probably overcrowded.
☹ Hotel: Unfortunately breakfast was a little less value for money than expected from experience at similar hotels/ski resorts.
